Your Promissory Note provides an online document generation service that allows users to create promissory note documents for loan and lending transactions. Users select their state and document type, complete a form, pay a one-time fee, and receive a downloadable PDF document.
The documents generated by this service are templates based on publicly available state legal requirements. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
Section 3Not Legal Advice
Your Promissory Note is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this Site, including any document generated through this service, constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship between you and Your Promissory Note or 7H Ventures LLC.
You are solely responsible for verifying that any document generated through this service meets the current legal requirements of your state before using it in any transaction. For complex transactions or any situation where you are uncertain of your legal obligations, you should consult a licensed attorney.
Section 4Payment and Refund Policy
Access to the document generation and download service requires a one-time payment of $7.99 USD per document.
All sales are final. Due to the instant digital nature of our service, no refunds will be provided once a document has been generated or made available for download. By completing payment and downloading a document, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your document after payment, contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues or provide re-access to your document.
Re-download access is available for 5 days from the date of purchase using the download link provided in your confirmation email.
Section 5Accuracy of Information

Interest rate caps, usury penalties, and lending regulations vary by state and are subject to change without notice. Federal and state exemptions may apply depending on the type of loan, the parties involved, and the amount of the loan. We do not guarantee that the usury rate information displayed on this Site reflects current law in your jurisdiction.
All promissory notes generated through this platform include a usury savings clause that automatically caps interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law. However, this clause does not guarantee enforceability and should not be relied upon as a substitute for verifying your state's current usury limits.

We do not provide financial, investment, or lending advice. For secured promissory notes involving collateral, the user is solely responsible for properly perfecting any security interest (e.g., filing a UCC-1 financing statement or recording a lien). This platform generates the promissory note document only and does not file any liens, security interests, or UCC statements on your behalf.
It is your sole responsibility to verify that any promissory note generated through this platform meets current legal requirements in your jurisdiction before use. We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed attorney for loans involving significant amounts, real estate collateral, or commercial lending.
Section 6User Responsibilities
By using this service you represent and warrant that:

· You have the legal authority to enter into the transaction for which you are generating a document
· You will use the generated documents only for lawful purposes

· You will not use this service to generate fraudulent documents or facilitate illegal transactions
Section 7Intellectual Property and DMCA
All content on this Site including text, design, graphics, logos, and software is the property of 7H Ventures LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without express written permission.

Your Promissory Note makes no representation or warranty that any document generated through this service will be legally valid, enforceable, or sufficient for your specific transaction or jurisdiction.
Section 9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Your Promissory Note and 7H Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
· Rejection of a document by a state agency
· Errors or omissions in generated documents
· Changes in state law that affect document validity
· Any transaction completed using a document generated through this service
· Document loss or file corruption resulting from server disruptions or infrastructure failures.
· Unauthorized access to or theft of your data resulting from third-party cyberattacks or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
Section 9bMaximum Liability
In all circumstances, the total liability of Your Promissory Note, 7H Ventures LLC, and its operators, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of (a) fifty dollars (USD $50), or (b) the total amount paid by you for the specific document giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
By using this Site, you acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for verifying the legal sufficiency of any document generated and for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and requirements. By using this Site, you agree that these limitations are a fundamental part of the agreement between you and the Company.
Section 10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your Promissory Note, 7H Ventures LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses including reasonable attorneys fees arising from or related to to your use of this service or violation of these Terms.
Section 11Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by New Era ADR in accordance with its rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
The arbitration shall be conducted in Gwinnett County, Georgia. The laws of the State of Georgia shall govern these Terms and any disputes arising under them, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
YOU AND YOUR PROMISSORY NOTE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Section 12Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 13Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be modified, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Section 14Force Majeure
Your Promissory Note and 7H Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures of third-party service providers, or any other event outside our reasonable control.
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal service as quickly as practicable. Force majeure events do not entitle you to a refund except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
