No Refunds After Download
All sales on Your Promissory Note are final. Once you have downloaded your generated document, no refund will be issued. This policy exists because our product is a digital document that is delivered instantly and cannot be returned.
By completing your purchase and downloading your document, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
Re-Download Access
If you need to access your document again after the initial download, re-download is available for 5 days from your purchase date. Use the download link in your confirmation email to re-access your document at no additional charge.
After 5 days, your document data is permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our Data Use Policy. Re-download is not available after the 5-day window.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading or accessing your document after completing payment, contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of purchase. Include your payment confirmation email and a description of the issue.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues and restore access to your document. If we are unable to resolve a technical issue and you have not been able to access your document, we will review your case for a potential refund at our discretion.
Service Disruptions and File Integrity
Your Promissory Note operates on third-party cloud infrastructure. While we take reasonable measures to maintain service availability and document integrity, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that stored document data will remain free from corruption, loss, or damage due to server failures, infrastructure outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Your Promissory Note is not responsible for document loss or file corruption resulting from server disruptions, infrastructure failures, or force majeure events occurring within the 5-day re-download window. We strongly recommend downloading and saving your document immediately after purchase.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer for a purchase where a document was successfully generated and made available for download, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery to your financial institution.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of access to our service.
Document Rejection by State Agency
Your Promissory Note does not issue refunds in cases where a generated document is rejected by a state court, financial institution, or any other party. As stated in our Terms of Service and Disclaimer, we cannot guarantee that any generated document will be accepted for any particular purpose. It is your responsibility to verify document requirements with your state agency before use.
